I have known Brandon for many years and he has always been one of the best store managers the company has ever had. I used to be a vendor and got to all the stores in Northern Indiana. He learned how to be a good manager from a good manager. He knows how to treat a customer as if they were the most important customer the company has. I use a store in Fort Wayne since it is local, but today I had picked up a nail while traveling and although we have been friends for many years, I watched him interact with his other customers with the same genuine care. I hope he is able to train the next generation of managers the same way. His crew spotted one of my tires mounted backward that was installed earlier this year at my local store and rotated just last week. No problem, took care of that too and got my wife and i back on the road. We'll done sir, and thank you again.

Amazing job! I first walked in and met with one guy who was very friendly and loved to initiate a friendly conversation. I told him I needed it done in 2 hours max he said to me, "easy money" lol. He was super nice and hilarious. I then went to get some breakfast and when I came back 20 mins later my car was already done! I was super suprised about the time it took. Most places I went to said it would take 1hr to 1hr 30mins. Here it only took 30 mins. I was super excited! When I was checking out i was expecting to pay quite a bit. Most places charge $120 for an alignment however, here, i only got charged $90. I was super impressed. Overall great place and great people. Interactions 10/10. Wait time 10/10. payment 10/10. I will always recommend this place over any other.

Genuinely the best tire shop I've been to! I had an incident with my tire and needed a repair, they got me in told me they could do it for 25 bucks! I spoke to Ryan over the phone and told him the situation, let him know that I had a warranty on the tires through Costco but they wanted to replace it and charge me for a new tire rather than repair it. I brought it in, Ryan told me it's an easy repair and it would be done before noon. Do not buy tires from Costco, they will tell you they cant get you in for X days, tell you that they dont have the tire, or even push you to use your warranty rather than repairing it!! You WILL waste more time and money than its worth, come to discount tire and they will take care of you for a respectable price! Thank you, Ryan for the great service! 😁

Ryan was exceptional customer service along with taking to heart our safety. I walked in there not even thinking I was going to be able to afford one tire and they were able to get us four brand new tires for a very cheap price. I was blown away by the. care and Compassion and also the price adjustment as well. A plus service, hands-down

Had a great experience getting tires for my big Dodge ram 2500. Slight hiccup as the original tires quoted and located for me didn't fit my truck. The manager, Ryan, helped me locate exactly what I was looking for, made sure I stayed under budget, and was a pleasure to deal with every step of the way. Highly recommended!
